Dear Iron Horse Canyon Residents,
All members will need new facility access cards to enter the cabana/pool and basketball court, due to the security system upgrade that occurred as part of the recreation center enhancements. The upgrade in the security system requires the property owner to sign an acknowledgment of receipt and an agreement of use for the facility, which cannot be done via mail.
An owner of record, as noted on the property deed, can pick up cards anytime at our management company, FirstService Residential, or at the recreation center on the following dates:
Friday February 16th 2:00pm to 5:00pm
Saturday February 17th 10:00am to 1:00pm
Friday February 23rd 2:00pm to 5:00pm
Saturday February 24th 10:00am to 1:00pm
The IHC HOA Management Company, FirstService Residential (FSR), has moved to 3424 Paesanos Pkwy, Suite 100, Shavano Park, Texas 78231. The location is south of 1604 between NW Military and Bitters Rd (East bound take the Bitters Rd/Huebner Rd Exit). 210.582.6060
The final phase of the enhancement project is landscaping and security for the basketball court. Both items should be completed within the next few weeks, providing we have good weather. Once the sod has set, we will be able to open the facility. We are probably looking at a soft opening in late-February to early March and a TBD grand opening in mid-March.
